Purpose of Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our
Group Commercial and Strategy team in development of innovative digital healthcare
solutions and management of regional clients relationship. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in healthcare provider and healthcare management, a deep understanding
of healthcare technology and regulations, and the ability to collaborate across
multidisciplinary teams
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Regional Business Development & Market Expansion
Develop and execute regional BD strategy to drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia
markets.
Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships with hospitals, insurers, corporates, and
healthcare providers.
Explore new market entry initiatives including partner identification, localization strategy, and
commercial negotiations.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients.
Conduct market intelligence analysis to identify new digital health opportunities and
competitive positioning.
2. Digital Product Management
Partner with Digital technology team to develop the lifecycle of digital healthcare products
(e.g., telehealth platforms, patient engagement tools, care management solutions).
Translate market needs and partner feedback into product roadmap and feature
prioritization.
Collaborate with digital
Ensure solutions align with regulatory and data privacy requirements in each country.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and insurers
Structure partnership models including co-development, distribution, and platform
integrations.
4. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
Help design and implement commercial sales cycle dashboard
Work closely with country teams to localize commercial propositions and pricing models.
Track performance against regional revenue targets and product adoption goals.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the bridge between commercial, product, and clinical teams to ensure alignment.
Lead regional client relationship management and coordinate with local operations for sales
opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or healthcare IT.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of healthcare corporate sales and account management.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Core Skills:
Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and user-centric design principles.
Strong organizational skills for managing timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of healthcare operations and corporate healthcare needs
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with tools like Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
Experience with sales and opportunity CRM dashboards
Healthcare-Specific Expertise:
Familiarity with EMR systems, clinical workflows, Clinic Management system, and quality
assurance processes.
