Business Development Manager - F&B

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire promising international F&B brands for expansion into Indonesia
• Build relationships and negotiate partnerships, franchise, and licensing agreements with international brand owners
• Conduct market research to evaluate consumer trends, competition, and business opportunities
• Assess business feasibility, including startup costs, sales projections, profitability, and ROI
• Develop market entry and expansion strategies for selected F&B brands
• Prepare business proposals and present recommendations to management
• Work with internal teams to support brand launches and business growth
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to grow the F&B portfolio

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, F&B, franchising, or a related field
• Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business presentations
• Good understanding of the F&B industry and Indonesian market
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about food and new F&B concepts
• Willing to travel when required
