Roles and Responsibilities:
- Grow a quality pipeline by marketing full suite of financing solutions (hire purchase, auto-loans, floor stock, vehicle financing, inventory financing, showroom floor, demo inventory, working capital) to new and existing customers.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to open new channels and stay competitive.
- Build lasting relationships through regular outreach, client visits, and proactive account management.
- Generate qualified prospects via events, referrals, digital outreach, and cross-selling with internal teams.
- Assess credit applications, perform financial analysis, and prepare clear recommendations.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance for every transaction.
- Consistently meet growth metrics and quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- 2+ years in financial lending or auto-financing preferred SME commercial lending exposure is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing, customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable with numbers, financial statements, and basic risk assessment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
