As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Singapore as a regional venture for sales and business development. You will own client relationships, drive lead generation and deliver revenue growth while operating independently in a fast paced and high growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and and implement sales strategies for Singapore and regional markets to achieve business growth targets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand the client base
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close new business deals
- Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts in alignment with established standards and ensure timely follow-up
- Collaborate closely with technical, service and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth execution of projects
- Gather market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor insights to support product positioning, development and marketing strategies
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline and KPIs to Management Team
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent
- A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial, laboratory or technical equipment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets independently
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence clients at all levels
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and design processes for scalable growth
