Job Description

iGarden is a premium smart-pool and outdoor living brand, specialising in AI-enabled pool automation, energy-efficient systems, and robotic solutions. As the exclusive distributor and solutions partner in Asia for iGarden, Aquatic works closely with developers, contractors, and industry partners to redefine how pools are built, maintained, and experienced.

We are expanding our channel-led growth strategy and are looking for a driven Business Development professional to scale new revenue through strategic partnerships.

This is a pure growth role focused on prospecting, engaging, and closing new channel partnerships that drive measurable revenue. You will be responsible for building and converting opportunities across B2B resellers, property developers, and realtor-led partnerships.

This role is commission-based, designed for self-starters who are confident in opening doors and closing deals. Occasional travel may be required in line with Aquatic's business direction and regional market expansion.

Channel Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Prospect, engage, and close new revenue-generating channel partnerships
  • Drive channel sales across:
  1. B2B resellers (pool contractors, maintenance companies, system integrators)
  2. Property developers & development partnerships
  3. Realtor and real estate sector partnerships
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners aligned with iGarden's product portfolio

Business Development

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct product presentations and partnership discussions with decision-makers
  • Work closely with internal teams to structure commercial proposals and partnership models
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements that contribute directly to topline revenue

Market Expansion & Feedback

  • Identify new market opportunities, partnership models, and routes-to-market
  • Gather market and partner feedback to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Represent iGarden professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events

KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • New business revenue generated
  • Number of new channel partners onboarded
  • Conversion rate from lead to closed deal
  • Average deal value and revenue per partner

Compensation

  • Commission-based pay structure
  • High upside for strong performers
  • Earnings directly tied to new business revenue closed

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel partnerships
  • Comfortable with B2B, developer, and partnership-led sales
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to open doors and close independently
  • Confident communicator with negotiation and presentation skills
  • Results-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Experience in property, construction, M&E, building materials, smart home, or related industries is a plus (not mandatory)
