BDM for Singapore with following expectation:

  1. Industry experience aligned with Espire core industry: BFSI, Logistics, Healthcare
  2. BDM to drive revenue growth in Singapore/ASEAN market. Role involved identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals while working closely with internal delivery and marketing/IS teams
  3. Experience 8+ years
  4. Key Responsibilities:
  5. Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets
  6. Identify, qualify and pursue new leads, accounts, and partnerships
  7. Develop and execute sales targets for ASEAN market growth
  8. Build strong relationship with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
  9. Prepare and delivery sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  10. Manage complete sales life cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  11. Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams
  12. Maintain accurate Sales/CRM records, forecasts and Pipeline reports
  13. Monitor customer/market needs
  14. Represent the company at industry events networking sessions, and meetings
  15. Required Skills and Qualifications
  16. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  17. Proven experience in Sales, Business development
  18. Strong understanding of Singapore/Asean market dynamics
  19. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  20. Ability to work independently and meet targets
  21. Experience selling IT services /SaaS/local enterprises or regional clients is a plus
