BDM for Singapore with following expectation:
- Industry experience aligned with Espire core industry: BFSI, Logistics, Healthcare
- BDM to drive revenue growth in Singapore/ASEAN market. Role involved identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals while working closely with internal delivery and marketing/IS teams
- Experience 8+ years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify, qualify and pursue new leads, accounts, and partnerships
- Develop and execute sales targets for ASEAN market growth
- Build strong relationship with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
- Prepare and delivery sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Manage complete sales life cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams
- Maintain accurate Sales/CRM records, forecasts and Pipeline reports
- Monitor customer/market needs
- Represent the company at industry events networking sessions, and meetings
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in Sales, Business development
- Strong understanding of Singapore/Asean market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience selling IT services /SaaS/local enterprises or regional clients is a plus
