We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to drive the growth of high-potential technology startups. In this role, you will engage directly with founders and senior executives, perform strategic assessments, and support their expansion into new markets. You will also collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and internal teams to strengthen Singapore's technology ecosystem and accelerate innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and attract high-potential technology startups into the programme.
- Lead comprehensive due diligence, evaluating technical, financial, and operational aspects of potential participants.
- Develop and implement strategies with startups to support growth, partnerships, and investor engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and ecosystem partners to create impactful initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and monitor portfolio company performance and opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in Information and Communication Technology, with exposure to partner management, pre-sales, or consultancy, preferably in Venture Capital, Consulting, or Corporate Innovation Labs.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or Web3.
- Engage in strategic discussions, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Self-motivated, commercially savvy, and well-connected in the technology, startup, and innovation ecosystem.
