Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, and technical teams) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to management.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in technology / software / digital solutions industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
