The Role

Drive business growth and expand our market presence in Singapore! We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Assistant Manager / Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and play a key role in acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and prospecting.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Close deals and achieve revenue and GP targets.
  • Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 2 years proven experience in logistics sales or business development.
  • Knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations freight forwarding (air & sea) is a plus.
  • Track record of handling key accounts and securing new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Title and salary will be commensurate with experience.
