Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager | $1,400+ KPI | APAC | Remote

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8 hours/day | Fully remote

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to develop client and partner relationships across Southeast Asia.

What you'll do:

• Find and contact potential clients and partners
• Present services, negotiate, and follow up
• Build business relationships
• Update CRM and track leads

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
• Native/bilingual Chinese + fluent English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with cold outreach and basic CRM tools
