Due to expansion across the region, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to help accelerate growth and build strategic development across key verticals.

Business Development Manager - Digital Wealth Solutions

Singapore - Hybrid

The Position:

The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with senior-decision makers and driving revenue growth
  • Generating leads and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Delivering consultative, solution-based selling to wealth management firms and private banks
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings

The Applicant:

Candidates will be expected to demonstate the following:

  • 48 years in business development or SaaS/fintech sales
  • Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technology solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Professional proficiency in English & Mandarin/Cantonese
