We are looking to hire a motivated and adventurous Business Development Manager or Senior Manager to help us lead and drive partnership expansion. This is a unique, high-impact role for a hands-on BD ready to own the entire partnership lifecyclefrom initial hunt to signed contract and successful launch. An ideal candidate requires strong pitching skills, strategic thinking and commercial awareness, coupled with exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Superior communication and relationship-building abilities are essential. This role will report into Head of Digital Goods.

Responsibility

  • Own the entire BD cycle from first contact, negotiating commercial terms, signing contract to onboarding partners independently.
  • Lead and drive business development activities - Actively hunt and develop new business partners and clients across the region
  • Quickly and compellingly articulate the unique value proposition to both supply and distribution partners with strong pitching skills, tailoring the message to their specific business needs.
  • Perform market research and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to improve sales materials, pitch new innovations and close deals.
  • Support on management reporting and data analytics to build business forecast and track performance
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide inputs to operations, product and technology team

Job Requirement

  • At least 6-8 years of relevant work experiences in e-commerce/digital goods industry and particularly familiar with gaming and digital gift card/codes business with established network and contacts
  • Prior experiences in B2B business development with proven track records of closing deals individually
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, but also a creative problem solver and innovator
  • Not afraid to be highly result-driven embrace changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and pitching skills
