Job Description
- Acquisition and growth of deposits business, with a focus on providing yield enhancement, foreign exchange, payments and collections advisory and solutions to meet the needs of SMEs
- Deepen engagement with strategic partners, identify and maximise sales opportunities and also proactively build and manage long-term partnerships with an emphasis on good after-sales service
- Progressively establish sales network through regular contact with referral sources and identify new business opportunities
- Proactive monitoring of strategic and key accounts to achieve optimum profitability, new business opportunities and leads generation
- Provide business updates, insights and overall portfolio analysis
- A strong emphasis is placed on sales integrity and ability to follow the correct procedures and banks policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of SME experience in frontline sales acquisition, business development, relationship management. Experience in Cash deposits acquisition preferred.
- Familiarity within the SME spectrum within Singapore as well as KYC due diligence requirements
- Energetic, hardworking, multi task oriented and independent team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate accurately and effectively
