- Position: Business Development Manager (Data Center Cooling / HVAC)
- Location: Boon Lay, Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $5,500 Basic + Variable Bonus (Min 2 months, up to 5 months) + 16-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical
- Industry: HVAC / Data Center Cooling Solutions (MNC)
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the data center sector (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise) Promote chiller, CDU and FWU cooling solutions to owners, consultants and contractors
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and manage customer expectations
- Develop sales pipelines and drive opportunities from early design stage to project award
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, service and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Prepare customer proposals, technical presentations and solution recommendations
- Monitor project pipeline and update forecasts in internal systems
- Ensure projects comply with quality and EHS standards
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, data center infrastructure, cooling solutions, or related technical sales environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
