We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive business growth for a premium health & wellness product through strategic partnerships and B2B sales channels. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to shape partnership strategy and expand the company's market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, corporates, and other key B2B clients
- Drive sales targets and implement strategies to expand market share
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the partner ecosystem
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for partners
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to optimize business results
- Represent the brand at partner meetings, industry events, and relevant networking opportunities
Job Requirements:
- 3-7 years of sales, business development, or partnership management experience, ideally in health & wellness, FMCG, or related industries
- Proven track record in building partnerships and achieving B2B sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Singapore B2B distribution and corporate channels preferred
