Cyclect is looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our cooling solutions and service-based offerings in Singapore. This role focuses on developing customer relationships, securing new business, and expanding existing accounts in selected industry sectors.
You will work closely with management and internal teams to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and close deals with commercial and industrial clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Work with internal teams to support customer requirements
Track sales activities, opportunities, and performance
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Support and guide junior sales staff where required
At least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Background in engineering services, technical solutions, energy, or related industries
Basic understanding of cooling, HVAC, or energy-related systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable with frequent client visits and site meetings
Stable and growing business with strong industry backing
Exposure to sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
