Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive business growth, with a primary focus on Contract Logistics and Warehousing services in Singapore and Malaysia.
Lead, manage, and build a high-performing Business Development / Sales team across the SEA region, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia.
Drive both short-term and long-term sales targets, with performance evaluated based on half-yearly revenue and profit generation.
Actively engage potential clients by providing competitive and innovative supply chain and contract logistics solutions.
Gather and analyze customers logistics and warehousing requirements, and propose tailored warehousing and contract logistics solutions.
Work closely with Contract Logistics Innovation and Operations teams during customer onboarding and solution implementation to ensure successful project delivery.
Generate new external business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle for contract logistics accounts.
Perform cross-selling and upselling of contract logistics and related services to existing customers, where applicable.
Prepare, report, and present sales performance updates during internal meetings and management reviews.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Proficient in language for business communication additional language skills are an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry, with a strong focus on Contract Logistics / Warehousing.
Proven track record in new business development and sales account acquisition.
Experience working in a global or top-tier logistics / forwarding company is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing large-scale, long-term contracts and global or regional accounts.
Strong customer network in Southeast Asia and Australia is an advantage.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics systems, such as WMS, TMS, or related platforms.
