Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, project leads, and competitor activities to support business planning.
- Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, tender submissions, and commercial strategies.
- Lead client discussions, negotiations, and contract-related clarifications.
- Manage the sales pipeline and support achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related built environment discipline.
- Minimum8 years of relevant experience in business development, tendering, sales, or commercial roles within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of construction project cycles, tender processes, client management, and technical proposal coordination.
