Summary

Julian Grey's client is an established company in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, project leads, and competitor activities to support business planning.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, tender submissions, and commercial strategies.
  • Lead client discussions, negotiations, and contract-related clarifications.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and support achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related built environment discipline.
  • Minimum8 years of relevant experience in business development, tendering, sales, or commercial roles within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction project cycles, tender processes, client management, and technical proposal coordination.
