Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the company's presence in Singapore and regional markets.
- Identify new clients, projects, and partnership opportunities in the construction and engineering industries.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by building strong client relationships and managing key accounts.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and manage the full business development cycle.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within steel fabrication, construction, or related engineering industries.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's construction and infrastructure sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
