Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth in the construction sector. The role focuses on identifying new project opportunities and building strong relationships with owners, developers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

. Identify and secure new clients and construction projects.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects and consultants.

. Manage client enquiries and follow up on project opportunities.

. Support tender preparation and submission.

. Showcase completed projects to strengthen company portfolio.

. Provide market insights and business development updates to management.

Requirements:

. Proven experience in construction sales or business development.

. Strong network with owners, developers, architects, or consultants.

. Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and tender processes is an advantage.

. Hunter mindset, confident communicator, and results-oriented.

. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
