Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential joint venture and collaboration partners in the construction and HVAC industries.
- Support the COO in drafting and reviewing term sheets, MOUs, JV agreements, and collaboration contracts.
- Manage due diligence by collecting technical, financial, and legal inputs, and coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
- Build financial models and perform risk assessments to guide deal structuring and decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for executive reviews and partner negotiations.
- Oversee project milestones, ensure compliance with contractual commitments, and monitor partnership performance.
- Maintain a repository of templates, precedents, and best practices for JV documentation.
- Facilitate post-signing integration by coordinating kick-off meetings, assigning responsibilities, and tracking deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 5 years experience of business development experience in construction, engineering sectors.
- Proven track record in large scale tenders, contract negotiations and etc.
