About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our client's aftersales business across multiple markets. The role will focus on selling service solutions and spare parts through a distributor network, driving revenue and improving overall performance.
You will act as a key link between the company and its distributors, ensuring strong commercial execution and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of service products and spare parts across assigned markets
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors and key partners
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Support distributors in achieving sales targets and improving performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing, product availability, and go-to-market approach
- Monitor performance and report on key commercial KPIs
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
- Previous experience in aftermarket, spare parts, or service business is required
- Experience working with distributors or multi-market environments is a plus
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Willingness to travel across the region
