Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business growth strategies and initiatives
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and enablement processes for new hires, including incentive frameworks and stakeholder coordination
• Partner closely with stakeholders to advise on commercial initiatives and workforce planning
• Prepare and present management reports on business performance, growth metrics, and key initiatives
• Oversee governance and validation processes to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyse campaign and initiative performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive business outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in business management, strategy, or commercial roles within financial services or related industries
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking
• Familiarity with governance and regulatory environments is advantageous
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
