Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially aware and hands on BusinessDevelopment Manager
to oversee marketing operations, coordinate strategiccampaigns, support business growth initiatives, and manage digital marketingexecution across multiple platforms and accounts.
This role requires a candidate who is comfortablebalancing marketing strategy, team coordination, campaign management, clientcommunication, and business development support. The ideal candidate shouldpossess strong digital marketing knowledge alongside practical leadership andoperational capabilities.
The candidate should be capable of managing bothstrategic planning and day to day execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
. Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketingcampaigns across multiple channels
. Develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improvedigital visibility and lead generation
. Monitor campaign performance and optimise based onanalytics and conversion metrics
. Coordinate marketing calendars, campaign timelines, anddeliverables
. Work closely with internal teams and external vendorsto ensure smooth campaign execution
2. Content Development & Brand Coordination
. Coordinate the creation of marketing content includingwebsite copy, articles, social media materials, advertisements, presentations,and campaign assets
. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, andmarketing communications
. Support content planning and digital platform growthinitiatives
. Assist in website updates, campaign launches, andonline visibility strategies
3. Team Coordination & Leadership
. Lead and coordinate a small internal marketing andoperations team
. Delegate responsibilities and monitor project timelines
. Facilitate communication between departments,stakeholders, and vendors
. Support workflow improvements and operationalcoordination
4. Business Development Support
. Support client acquisition and partnership developmentefforts
. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, andmarketing materials
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis toidentify growth opportunities
. Maintain professional communication with clients andstakeholders
5. Reporting & Performance Analysis
. Track and analyse marketing performance metricsincluding traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign ROI
. Prepare performance reports and marketing updates
. Utilise analytics tools to support strategicrecommendations and decision making

Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business,Communications, Digital Media, or related disciplines
. Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in digitalmarketing, campaign management, account management, or related fields
. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, GoogleAnalytics, and digital campaign management
. Experience managing digital advertising campaignsacross Google and social media platforms
. Familiarity with content marketing, website management,and lead generation strategies
. Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish
. Good organisational and project coordination abilities
. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesindependently
. Comfortable working in a fast paced and evolvingenvironment

. Hands on experience managing Google Ads campaigns at anagency or commercial level
. Understanding of technical SEO and search performanceoptimisation
. Familiarity with website CMS platforms such asWordPress or Wix
. Experience in performance marketing and conversionoptimisation
. Knowledge of branding, UX, or digital content strategywill be an advantage
. Leadership or team coordination experience is preferred
. Experience in healthcare, professional services,digital agencies, or platform businesses will be an advantage
