Our client is a leading international construction company. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the Repairs & Maintenance division. This role is vital in expanding the presence in the Singapore construction and infrastructure market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong hunter mentality, focusing on generating new opportunities and developing strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the Repairs & Maintenance division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Leverage existing networks and build relationships with general contractors, government officials, end clients, and design offices.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore construction and infrastructure market.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within the industry in Singapore market
- Singaporean or foreign professional with extensive years of geo-technical construction experience in Singapore
- Background in structural design, civil engineering, or construction materials is preferred.
