Job Description

My client is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing professional services firm. This is a dynamic, client-facing role with both relationship management and revenue-generation responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate and professional services
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal development, pricing discussions, and closing
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling across service lines such as accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate administration
  • Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Manage client expectations on deliverables, timelines, and scope
  • Act as a bridge between clients and service delivery teams

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with 6-8 years of experience in sales/business development within corporate services or professional services firms
  • Proven track record in sales and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
