Job Description

Role Summary

We're looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in Kuala Lumpur. You will prospect, build a qualified pipeline, manage the sales cycle, and develop strategic relationships with B2B customers to deliver revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities
Prospect and qualify leads (cold outreach, calls, emails, networking, partnerships)
Build and manage sales pipeline in CRM; ensure accurate updates and forecasting
Conduct product demonstrations, consultative sales presentations, and solution positioning
Own customer engagements from initial discovery through negotiation and closure
Develop account plans and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Prepare proposals, manage commercial discussions, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals
Gather market feedback and competitor insights to improve sales strategy

Requirements

3+ years of B2B business development / sales experience
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Strong prospecting skills and consultative selling mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong pipeline management discipline and CRM proficiency
