Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our corporate sales initiatives within the IT staff augmentation and IT services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lead generation, sales forecasting, and client relationship management, with a focus on new business acquisition and key account management. This role is pivotal in enhancing our market presence and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and maintaining client relationships. Key tasks include leading the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiations, overseeing the entire sales life cycle, and ensuring a robust revenue pipeline through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop IT staffing solutions, including contingent staffing and project staffing, while implementing IT outsourcing strategies that align with client needs.

Requirements

Requirements:

Candidates should have proven experience in corporate sales and business development, particularly within IT services, cloud offerings, and IT staffing solutions. Essential skills include lead generation, sales forecasting, and client relationship management. Plus skills that are highly desirable include expertise in account mining, account revival, P&L ownership, contract negotiations, and familiarity with outcome-based models. Experience in global delivery and onsite recruitment is also a plus. A strong understanding of IT product and service sales presentations, as well as staffing strategies such as contract-hire and direct hire, will enhance a candidate's application.
