Business Development Manager / Business Development Associate / Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing a balance of on-site work and remote work flexibility. The selected candidate will take on the position of Business Development Manager, Business Development Associate, or Account Manager, driving growth through building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals, with a focus on strategic partnerships and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Account Management
• Expertise in Market Research and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience with CRM tools and data analysis to track progress and performance
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• An understanding of the paper or manufacturing industry would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
