Job Description

Attachment Description:

The trainee is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, expanding sales channels, building partnerships, and enhancing the company's market presence within Singapore's F&B and retail sectors. This role combines strategic planning, relationship building, and commercial execution to support the company's long-term growth objectives.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop potential business development strategies in terms of market development, product development and market penetration that aligned with the company's growth goals.

2. Conduct market research to identify new potential markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities relevant to bakery products and Peranakan pastries.

3. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions to clients

4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentation & proposals for clientele pitches.

5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

6. Negotiate agreements, contracts, pricing, and terms with new and existing partners.

7. Establish and nurture alliances by working closely with retail partners or distributors to maximize product visibility and sales.

1. Product Knowledge Training / Sales & Commercial Skills

2. Market & Customer Insight Skills / Customer Relationship /Negotiation/Communication

3. Partnership & Channel Development
