BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Attachment Description

This role should be proactive, relationship-driven individual to identify new business

opportunities, build referral partnerships, and support the clinic's growth strategy. This role suits

someone comfortable working independently, with strong communication skills and a genuine

interest in the healthcare or wellness industry.

Specific Responsibilities

. Identify and develop new business opportunities, referral partnerships, and marketing

channels to grow patient volume

. Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and referral

sources

. Represent Viet Sing Dental Clinic professionally in external meetings, events, and

partnership discussions

. Work closely with clinic management to align outreach efforts with service offerings and

capacity

. Track and report on business development activities, leads, and conversion outcomes

. Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with relevant healthcare

advertising regulations (e.g. MOH's Healthcare Services Act guidelines)
