Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market development and enterprise sales across the banking and financial services sector in Singapore and Malaysia.
This role will focus on building relationships with financial institutions and identifying opportunities for Beyondsoft's banking technology and digital transformation solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions across Singapore and Malaysia
- Identify and pursue enterprise sales opportunities for Beyondsoft's financial technology and digital transformation solutions
- Engage senior stakeholders including CIO, CTO, and digital transformation leaders within financial institutions
- Lead the end-to-end sales process including opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
- Work closely with internal delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Monitor industry trends, fintech developments, and competitor activities across the regional banking sector
- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline within the financial services industry
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management
- Experience selling technology, IT services, or digital transformation solutions
- Exposure to the banking, financial services, or fintech sector is preferred
- Experience engaging enterprise clients or regulated industries is advantageous
- Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
- Fluent in English is required. Mandarin language capability may be helpful when collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders in regional markets.
