In this role you will get the chance to work in a highly collaborative environment, the Manager will be responsible for revenue growth through face sales of our solutions and products as well as maintaining existing accounts.

Working closely with the wider team, you will support new business activities as well as have the confidence and autonomy to work independently, building own client base.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

  • Drive commercial growth and revenue generation
  • Identify and qualify leads and opportunities
  • Be the owner of an allocated client portfolio
  • Participate in driving product development strategy to support client needs
  • Continually contribute and drive improvements in customer experience across the business to benefit clients and the business
  • Represent Banking Circle serving as a brand ambassador, with a comprehensive understanding of our services and product offerings
  • Run exceptional sales presentations as per business requirements
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by senior leadership

Things we'll look for on your resume

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained a minimum of 2 years of experience working with payments and FX. You have a proven track record of successful sales/account management execution and delivering against revenue targets, engaging with high value clients and customers.

You are a commercially driven individual with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent negotiations skills, excited by a fast-paced environment with the ability to think smart and adapt quickly. You have the ability to work in a start-up environment and cater to an evolving strategy, ability to multitask to meet business needs and priorities. And you can manage to create a strong internal network with other functions and to influence other people's thinking.

As a person you have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of stakeholders. You are passionate, with an ongoing interest in the development of the industry and, most importantly, an opinion to drive sales efforts. You are a self-starter, results- and detail-oriented, and a problem solver with good intellectual, analytical rigor.
