Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across target markets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients
- Track and report sales activities to support business growth and forecasting
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
Market Development & Strategy
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Support business development strategies through data analysis and insights
- Deliver solution-based presentations and recommendations to clients
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Translate customer requirements clearly to ensure alignment and service excellence
