. Maintaining positive relationships with key customers
. Coordinate with EU and Acct Manager to ensure all Post Sales expectations are in
line
. Coordinate with service team and Account Manager to ensure all information is
provided. If not all information is provided, he/she will ensure we acquire all
information required
. Conduct regular reviews (for key accounts) with end users
. Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure post sales revenue continue to rise
The Pre-Requisites:
. The ability to really listen to customers
. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in any field.
. Minimally two years of experience in the AV / IT industry
. In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
. Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
