About the role:
We are seeking a business development specialist where you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and executing strategic plans to go key markets (ie, SG & MY).
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, develop a strategic business development blueprint and goals for growth.
- Build lasting client relationships and masterfully negotiate and close new deals.
- Up to date with market trends, track key performance indicators and provide reports to management.
- Work with sales and support teams to ensure a unified approach and meticulous data management.
- Consistently exceeding sales targets and setting new benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Seeking a Business Development Specialist with proven sales experience of minimum of 3 years.
- Experience in closing complex and high-level deals.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and closing off deals.
- Proficient in CRMs, Excel, Google Suite and Slack with a talent for data analysis.
- An exceptional communicator with a knack for building rapport and converting leads into long term client relationships.
