About The Role
Develops and implements effective distribution management strategies in AIA agency offices to achieve business goals
Enforces agency performance standards to promote business quality and actively nurtures a Culture based on professionalism and customer Centricity and guided by our Operating Philosophy of Doing the Right Thing, in The Right Way with the Right People
Agency Sales Management 100%
Strategizes and implements agency-wide and location-based sales initiatives in order to achieve Agency location key result areas in
- Value of New Business,
- Number of Active FSCs,
- New FSC Activity Ratio,
- Number of Premier Agents (MDRT), and
- Number of Quality agencies (Agency Performance Dashboard)
- Engages Agency Leaders and producers regularly to build strong partnership relationships
- Designs programs and incentives to direct the sales behavior of agency distributors towards achieving key result area objectives.
- Enforces agency performance standards to promote business quality
- Identifies and groom aspiring agency producers to become agency leaders
This role also performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelors degree
- At least 1 years of experience in Agency channel management preferable
- M5, M9, M9A, HI, FLMI certifications preferable
Specific Skills (Knowledge, Skills And Competencies/ Abilities)
- Knowledge of life insurance industry in Singapore and/or Asia
- Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders
