Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with advertising clients across regional and international markets, supporting client onboarding based on market needs and product alignment, and providing ongoing, data‑driven advertising optimisation recommendations.
- Identify and develop potential client leads through market research, industry insights, and analysis grow high‑potential clients in target industries and explore opportunities for new business collaboration models.
- Independently manage end‑to‑end business processes, including client negotiations, contract discussions, bidding, and tendering activities, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective cross‑functional collaboration.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets related to client acquisition, revenue growth, and payment collection through a combination of new business development and relationship management with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry trends and competitor movements, and contribute data‑driven business strategies and actionable market insights to support team objectives.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising sales, online media sales, or related business development roles experience in programmatic advertising or outbound client development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital advertising models, online marketing channels, and traffic acquisition methods, including exposure to international or overseas advertising delivery frameworks.
- Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese in a professional business context.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a results‑oriented environment.
