Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end user acquisition (UA) campaigns for in‑house, overseas AI products, including pre‑launch, launch, and post‑launch strategy development across global digital platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimise UA strategies to achieve defined targets such as user growth, cost efficiency (e.g. CPI), retention, and long‑term return on investment, while managing large‑scale advertising budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance through real‑time data analysis and develop creative performance frameworks to improve key metrics such as click‑through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR).
- Explore and test new growth opportunities, emerging acquisition channels, and innovative traffic sources to support scalable growth.
- Track global market trends and leverage data and AI‑enabled tools to continuously improve UA efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and creative teams to refine growth strategies and support product iteration.
- Work with external platform partners (e.g. major digital advertising and social media platforms) to secure appropriate support and resources for effective campaign execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, advertising, business, analytics, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition experience managing larger‑scale or international campaigns is an advantage.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising or real‑time bidding (RTB) platforms, and experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of global or overseas growth strategies, such as performance marketing, pre‑registration campaigns, influencer marketing, re‑engagement, and lifecycle optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify insights, and apply structured problem‑solving in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working across functions or coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver campaign or project outcomes.
- Interest in innovation and willingness to learn new tools or technologies, including AI‑driven or automation‑supported advertising and creative solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in English in professional and business contexts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
