Job Summary
The Business Development Lead will drive new business growth globally, targeting markets in the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Reporting to the CEO, this role focuses on securing new clients and expanding the company's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across US, Europe, and Southeast Asia to expand the company's client base
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective multinational clients in medical devices and semiconductor sectors
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction
- Report directly to the CEO on business development progress, market trends, and competitive landscape insights
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and compliance standards
