We're looking for someone fast, resourceful, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with our team on real, meaningful projects across recruitment, client coordination, and marketing initiatives. If you enjoy connecting the dots, taking ownership, and building things from scratch, you'll fit right in.
1) Recruitment & Talent Support
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates across assigned roles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients (scheduling, confirmations, logistics)
- Support candidate communication and follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience
- Help maintain tidy and updated candidate trackers / CRM notes
2) Business Development & Marketing Support
- Support outreach initiatives (researching target companies, identifying contacts, updating lead lists)
- Contribute to marketing projects (content drafts, simple creatives, market/industry research)
- Assist with online/offline campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth
- Help prepare client-facing materials (intro decks, role briefs, simple reports)
3) Admin & Team Operations
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic document preparation
- Support day-to-day operations to keep workflows smooth and organized
What we're looking for:
- Undergraduate / Degree (any field)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (bonus if you enjoy spreadsheets)
- Professional, detail-oriented, independent, and able to connect the dots
- Able to work in-office
