Welcome to Music Delight School.

We are looking for Interns who are keen on learning abouthow a Music school is run and to join us in growing our Music School.

You'll have a ball of a time with us and learn plenty ofreal live business & marketing operations!

Roles and responsibilities include:

- Learning and Maintaining school's social media channelsincluding Facebook, Youtube, Instagram

- Developing of Music School's Tiktok Account

- Growing of Music Delight's online Shop platforms includingShopee & eFrasers

- Growing Music Delight's online presence through Googlebusiness

- Maintaining and keeping our website up to date.

Running of Music School

- Setup Trial Classes, Enrolment of students, Application ofGIRO (For school fees)

- Collect school fees on time

- Communicate between Students/Parents and Teachers onprogress & class schedule

- Arrange Teacher Absent Tracking (TAT), Student Makeup,Exam registration, Recitals

- Send reminders to Students & Teachers on No LessonWeeks, Ad-hoc schedules

- Ensure all excel files are up to date - Checklist,Teachers Incident, Deposit, Attendance etc - Sale of goods - Manage inventoryin the outlet

- Opening & closing of the school

- Housekeeping: School & instruments

- Services: Re-string, Tune, Repair
