Job Description
- Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in daily operational work related to campaigns and initiatives such as identifying and managing key merchants and deals to elevate campaign performance
- Support the end-to-end curation and execution of high-visibility campaigns and deals, backed by data insights and consumer behavior trends
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes, from merchant onboarding to commercialisation
- Work with stakeholders to optimise exposure strategies to maximise engagement and relevance for deals and campaigns
- Conduct competitor monitoring and research to better understand the competitor landscape of the various categories
- Promote niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns and achieve sustainable growth
- Adopt a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Assist to develop innovative workflows and automation tools to streamline daily operations and boost efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor&aposs Degree or Diploma in any related discipline
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
- Entrepreneurial spirit, works well in a dynamic environment
- Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
- Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
- Relevant experience in e-commerce and knowledge of local F&B Deal Vouchers scene is an advantage
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
