Business Development Intern (6 Months Contract)

Job Description:

You will have the unique opportunity to work directly with our director, gaining exposure to various aspects of our business. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, encompassing business development, marketing, partnerships, operations, and more. We are looking for a quick thinker, efficient worker, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Support a team of executives to set and achieve project goals.

Support the director in expanding the brand locally and overseas, conducting thorough market research and proposing strategies to enhance brand image and drive sales.

Collaborate closely with Operations and Marketing teams to develop and execute major marketing campaigns (e.g., brand collaborations, merchandise launches, food trends). Analyze campaign performance to optimize results, with a focus on leveraging social media platforms.

Cultivate strong relationships with partners, including suppliers, delivery channels, and leasing entities.

Prior experience in F&B, Marketing, or startups is advantageous candidates passionate about Korean culture, cuisine, or music are encouraged to highlight relevant experience in their cover letter.
