- Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) to support campaigns, brand activations and strategic initiatives that will drive growth in the Toys, Kids and Babies category.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities within the category
- Analyze sales and campaign performance, prepare reports, presentations & insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to roll out campaigns and initiatives
- Support day-to-day communications with external stakeholders; assisting them in their needs and maintaining a positive relationship
- Learn firsthand how global and local brands operate in the ecommerce space
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
- Keen and fast learner with a genuine curiosity about e-commerce and about the Toys, Kids and Babies industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and comfortable working with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
- Detail-oriented, collaborative and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas
- Relevant experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Knowledge of local industries will be a plus
