Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting / facilitating day to day operations of various clinics in the hospital
- Works in collaboration with doctors and staff from other departments to maintain high standards of patient care, customer service and processes
- Review key processes to improve overall KPIs to improve operational efficiency
- Drives special projects and works with stakeholders on implementation and roll out
- Able to multi task, work under tight timeline and meet deliverables
- In charge of the counter duties
Requirements:
- Min Degree in any Discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and resourceful worker
