Business Development (Hire Purchase Leasing / Loan , Training Provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and used car dealers.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners.

• Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of the company's automotive financing business and market presence.

• Support marketing, promotional and branding activities to enhance business development efforts.

• Identify potential products, services and business opportunities within the automotive financing sector.

• Work towards assigned business KPIs and performance objectives.

• Review customer information and assess creditworthiness and credit risk in relation to financing applications.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline.

• Prior working experience in vehicle leasing, car rental or automotive industry will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills

• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
