We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our P&S construction company. Your primary goal is to identify new business opportunities, locate tenders and projects, initiate contact with potential clients (Main Contractors, Developers), and manage the relationship through to successfully securing the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research the market to identify new construction projects and tender opportunities.

  • Source and approach key decision-makers (Main Contractors, Developers, Consultants) to introduce our M&E services.

  • Monitor tender portals and industry platforms for suitable bidding opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Qualify leads and collaborate with the estimating team to prepare competitive bids and pre-qualifications (PQQ).

  • Track all sales activities, leads, and project statuses in CRM.

  • Follow up on submitted tenders and negotiate terms to close deals and secure projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a client-facing role within the Construction or Engineering industry.

  • Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and tendering processes.

  • Existing network or contacts within the local construction industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Management, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
