We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth and outreach initiatives of our chiropractic clinic. This role focuses on assisting with partnership development, marketing coordination, community engagement, and administrative support to help expand our patient base and corporate wellness programmes. The ideal candidate is organised, communicative, and interested in healthcare, marketing, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying and researching potential corporate partners, community organisations, and wellness programme opportunities.
- Support outreach efforts to introduce the clinic's chiropractic services and health programmes to potential partners.
Partnership Coordination
- Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with corporate clients and partners.
- Maintain and update partnership databases and contact records.
Marketing & Outreach Activities
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, roadshows, corporate talks and community events to increase awareness of chiropractic care.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
Corporate Wellness Programmes
- Assist in coordinating corporate health talks, posture workshops, and wellness screenings organised by the company.
- Liaise with companies and organisations to arrange schedules and event logistics.
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, track outreach activities, and monitor business development metrics.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development or Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, and community engagement is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or client relationship management.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and event coordination.
- Ability to build rapport with corporate clients and partners.
